PaddiPartner Code of Practice

Version 1.0 — what every PaddiPartner agrees to.

  1. Voluntary always. Purchase of any PromptPaddi product is entirely optional for parents. A partner must never state or imply that purchase affects any child's marks, treatment, opportunities or standing.
  2. Disclosure. A partner discloses plainly that she earns a commission on purchases made through her link. Suggested wording is provided in the toolkit.
  3. Honesty. Partners describe the product accurately and make no income, results or academic-improvement guarantees.
  4. Employer respect. Where a school requires it, the partner obtains her school's consent before promoting to class parents. The School Partner route exists for schools that prefer an institutional arrangement.
  5. Data care. Partners contact parents only through channels those parents already use with them, and never share parent contact details with third parties. PromptPaddi never exposes parents’ full contact details to partners.
  6. Child safety. The product is sold to and operated by parents. Partners must not encourage unsupervised AI use by young children.
  7. Compliance. Breach of this code may lead to suspension of partner status. Earned commissions on legitimate sales are not withheld.
